Mariano Gagliardi has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Mariano has held various roles at different companies throughout their career.
Mariano started their career at FirstLine Mortgages, CIBC in 1997 as a Sr. Developer and worked there until 2004.
In 1998, they joined FiLogix Inc. as a Sr. Developer and later became a Sr. Programmer Analyst from 2003 to 2005.
From 2005 to 2022, they worked at First National Financial LP. During their time there, they held multiple roles, including Director Application Development, Sr. Manager, Application Development, Director, Technology Solutions and Innovation, and APPLICATION DEV. MANAGER.
In 2022, they joined Sym-Tech Dealer Services as the Vice President of Information Technology.
Mariano Gagliardi holds an Honors BSc degree in Software Engineering from the University of Toronto, which they obtained between 1990 and 1996. As for certifications, they have earned the following:
- Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in April 2022.
- Certified Agile Leadership I from the Scrum Alliance in 2018.
- SAFe Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2017.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in 2016.
- Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in 2016.
