Rosa Dias serves as the Senior Vice President of Risk Management & Internal Audit at First National Financial LP since October 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing risk management and internal audit functions. Prior to this role, Rosa held multiple positions at Wells Fargo from April 2004 to September 2012, including Assistant Vice President of Operational Risk, where management of compliance programs was essential, as well as a role as Compliance Analyst responsible for the overall management of the Compliance Fraud Program.
