Natalie Valdez-Smith, CMCA, AMS has a wealth of experience in community management. Natalie started their career as General Manager at FirstService Residential in California in 2011, where they progressed through various roles including Regional Manager, Regional Director, and Vice President of Community Management. Prior to that, they held multiple general manager positions at Western Athletic Clubs, LLC, including Vice President of Operations - North Bay and General Manager of various clubs. Natalie'swork experience spans over two decades and showcases their expertise in managing and overseeing community operations.

Natalie Valdez-Smith, CMCA, AMS, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Child Development from San Jose State University. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also obtained certifications from the Community Associations Institute, including an AMS certification and a CMCA certification.
