Michael Healy

Michael Healy has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Michael began their career as a Fulfillment Manager at Medley Communications, where they managed workflow and quota calendars for subcontractors. Michael then moved on to become an Operations Manager at National Cash Systems, where they were responsible for managing project teams and identifying project risks. After that, they worked as a Project Manager at Implementation Solution Services Inc., overseeing construction projects from conception to completion and ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations. Most recently, they joined FirstService Residential in California, initially serving as the Capital and Reserve Project Manager for Ladera Ranch Maintenance Corporation (LARMAC), where they implemented new technologies and strategies to reduce costs and improve project quality. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at LARMAC, where they are responsible for driving operational excellence and leading a team of managers and support staff.

From 2005 to 2007, Michael Healy attended Mt. San Jacinto College and obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management. Michael then pursued further education by attending Santiago Canyon College from 2015 to 2017, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Michael also obtained a certification as a General Contractor from the State of California in January 2019.
