Anup Panthaloor

Anup Panthaloor serves as Executive Vice President for Health Plans & Healthcare Services at Firstsource since February 2020, previously holding the Senior Vice President title in the same department. Prior to Firstsource, Panthaloor held significant roles at Cognizant from June 2017 to February 2020, including BPS Market Leader for Healthcare BPaaS, and at UST Global as Vice President of Healthcare from September 2013 to June 2017. Panthaloor's earlier career at Cognizant Technology Solutions spanned from 2006 to August 2013, involving leadership positions in Healthcare BPO Sales, Business Development, and Quality Management. Panthaloor began the professional journey at iGATE Global Solutions as a Quality Assessor. Anup Panthaloor holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
