Jagriti Bhattacharyya

As General Counsel at Firstsource, Jagriti leads the Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Secretarial functions. She plays a pivotal role in strengthening governance frameworks and advancing Firstsource’s commitment to responsible growth and trust-based stakeholder relationships.

A seasoned legal leader, Jagriti brings extensive experience navigating complex regulatory and business landscapes across banking, technology, and fintech. Prior to joining Firstsource, she served as General Counsel at Pine Labs, where she led legal, compliance, and corporate secretarial functions across multiple jurisdictions.

Earlier in her career, Jagriti held senior leadership roles at Thomson Reuters (later Refinitiv), Citibank, and ICICI Bank, where she partnered with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives, enable growth, and embed strong governance frameworks.

A strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, Jagriti has championed equity and women’s leadership initiatives across global organizations. She holds a degree in law from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
