Nitin Nagpal

Nitin Nagpal currently serves as Vice President of the Consumer & Enterprise Tech Unit at Firstsource since March 2024. Prior to this role, Nitin held the position of Vice President at Startek within the Communication Media Technology Business Unit from May 2022 to February 2024. Nitin's extensive experience at Infosys BPM spanned from May 2007 to May 2022, where responsibilities included Director of Client Success and Transformation, Senior Business Transformation Consultant, and Senior Operations Manager, among others. Nitin demonstrated a strong ability to improve service delivery and stakeholder experience through digital solutions and has a proven track record in managing global operations for Fortune 500 companies. Nitin's education includes a Strategic Leadership Development Programme from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
