Sunil Mitra is currently a director at Firstsource. Sunil previously worked at Sitel India Pvt Ltd from January 2002 to February 2005, where they held the title of Sr Executive - Operations Support (WFM).

Sunil Mitra has completed an executive program in business management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Sunil has also completed a B'com in financial accounts from the University of Mumbai. In addition, they have completed their SSC from St Francis D'Assisi High School. Sunil also holds certifications from NITIE in advanced statistics, Edward de Bono methods in lateral thinking, Firstsource in six sigma - green belt, and Edward de Bono methods in six thinking hats.
