Valentina Holguin

Valentina Holguin currently serves as Vice President of Revenue Operations and Vice President of Eligibility at Firstsource, beginning in January 2024. Previously, Valentina held the position of Senior Director at Trinity Health from February 2018 to January 2024. Valentina's extensive experience in revenue cycle management also includes a role as Sr. Director Revenue Cycle at nThrive from January 2009 to January 2018, where oversight of over 70 employees and management of governmental and commercial payers were key responsibilities. Earlier in the career, Valentina served as Director of Patient Accounts Receivable and held leadership positions at FinThrive between November 2006 and October 2007.
