JD DePace is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading innovative initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head of Firstup Labs (GenAI) at Firstup since March 2018, JD has played a critical role in guiding the company to achieve a $100M ARR milestone while modernizing web and mobile applications through hyper-personalization and productivity integrations. Previous roles include VP of Product Management at KleerMail, where JD pioneered a digital SaaS platform, DMCloud, securing significant enterprise contracts, and Group Director at Pitney Bowes, where JD drove revenue growth and digital transformation in product lines. JD holds a Master of Science in Leadership from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Printing Management and Sciences from Rochester Institute of Technology.
