Bill Levine

Bill Levine is an accomplished technology and solution architect with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Solution Architect at FIS since December 2015, Bill oversees the Design Authority Function for the Business Process Services Transformation Office and previously held the role of CTO for Virtus from FIS, focusing on Development and IT Operations for financial products. With a strong background in asset management technology strategies, Bill has held multiple executive positions at FIS, including Vice President of Strategy & Solutions Technology and Director of Technology Professional Services. Prior to FIS, Bill spent nearly a decade at SunGard Investment Systems in similar leadership roles, and earlier in their career, contributed to investment accounting systems at Allstate Insurance Company. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Purdue University.
