Elya Kurktchi is a technology leader with extensive experience in IT management and operations. Currently serving as VP, IT - Group Executive at FIS since November 2021, Kurktchi oversees ServiceNow, IT Configuration Management, ITSM, and PMO Delivery organizations. Elya is also a Product Advisory Council Member at ServiceNow, contributing to ITOM and the Now on Now initiative. Prior to FIS, Kurktchi held the position of VP, Global IT Operations at Unum, managing a wide range of enterprise IT services. Earlier roles include Head of Information Technology and Security at MobileIron and VP, Service Delivery at Cisco, where Elya led service delivery for a large-scale agent environment. Elya's educational background includes studies at UC San Diego and La Jolla High School.
