David joined FISCAL in August 2020, having spent more than 20 years in customer-facing leadership roles in the technology industry. As Chief Customer Officer, David is focused on driving an exceptional Customer Experience across the Customer family and ensuring that the Customer is at the heart of everything they do at Fiscal.

Operationally, David leads the Customer Success, Education and Consultancy, and Project Delivery teams, ensuring they Deliver the Wow’ throughout the customer journey.

All his career has been spent learning and developing in Customer led functions across multiple disciplines and industries. David brings a commercially focused desire to deliver an outstanding customer experience. All of David’s leadership experience has come in growth environments during his time as Customer Services and Operations Director at Bottomline Technologies, and latterly as Group Operations Director, Telematics for Radius Payment Solutions.
