Ron Barr

Ron Barr is an accomplished professional in the sporting goods industry with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Since January 1999, Ron has served as the Owner and President of The Outside Group Inc., focusing on brand development, sales team building, and strategic sales solutions for suppliers and retailers. In addition to this leadership role, Ron has been the Principal Agent for multiple brands, including MYSTERY RANCH, Cascade Designs, Icebreaker, Fischer Sports, and SWIX, providing specialized sales and service solutions throughout Ontario and Canada. Ron's background also includes a position as a Sales and Technical Representative at DayMen Outdoor Marketing from May 1996 to April 1999. Ron holds a degree in Sporting Goods Business, Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Sir Sandford Flemming College.
