Marica Di Fraia

Marica Di Fraia has been working in Human Resources since 2017. Marica began their career as an HR Assistant at Aldo Coppola in 2017. In 2019, they moved to an Executive and Professional Search Firm as an HR Consultant - Tax & Legal, where they were responsible for the search and selection of all types of professionals for Tax and Legal practices, from trainees to partners, as well as the management of positions for in-house roles. In 2021, they joined Fiscozen as a People and Culture Specialist.

Marica Di Fraia holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Development, Administration and Training from ISTUM – Istituto di Studi di Management and an Education and Training Sciences Degree from Università degli studi Roma TRE.
