Alex McAuliffe

Alex McAuliffe is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Manager of EUC EMEA Region at HCLTech since July 2023. Prior to this role, Alex held the position of Senior Systems Support Specialist at Fiserv from July 2018, in addition to a brief tenure as a 2nd Line Support Engineer at Ultima Business Solutions in mid-2018. Alex's extensive background in support engineering includes significant experience at BT Business and Public Sector from 1991 to 2017, where responsibilities included managing service delivery and providing desktop and remote support. Earlier roles also include Regional Support Engineer at Lynx Technology, Field Service Engineer positions at Target Addressing and Business Systems, and Securicor Communication, as well as serving as a Weapons Engineer in the Royal Navy. Alex holds various certifications and has a strong foundation in hardware and software support.
