Larry McNeany

Larry McNeany is an experienced human resources leader with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, Larry serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Fiserv, a position held since August 2019, and previously held the title of Vice President of Human Resources at First Data Corporation from August 2009 to March 2023. Larry's extensive background includes various roles at First Data Corporation such as Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner, Director of Human Resources, and Human Resources Manager for the Southeast Region. Prior experience includes significant positions at Footstar as Senior Field Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, and District Manager. Larry holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Employee Relations from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix.
