Sandy Dunlap

Sandy Dunlap is an accomplished Learning and Development leader with extensive experience across prominent organizations including Fiserv, Bechtel Corporation, and Raytheon. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Fiserv, Sandy provides strategic leadership to a team of 56 professionals across multiple call center locations, supporting a workforce of 4,000 associates. Previously, Sandy held the role of Organizational Change Manager at Bechtel Corporation, where expertise in Six Sigma and Change Management facilitated a major transition to an SAP system. Sandy also developed numerous training programs as the Corporate Learning & Development Manager at Bechtel, addressing quality engineering challenges worldwide. With a solid foundation in Learning and Development established at Raytheon, Sandy has cultivated skills in various functions including HR, Program Management, and Supply Chain Management. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education, Curriculum & Instruction and a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies, both from Arizona State University.
