Jim Spude

Jim Spude is an experienced professional with a robust background in business development and management. Currently serving as President of Fish Window Cleaning since December 2012, Jim has been responsible for the development of the company brand, sales strategy implementation, structuring commercial contracts, and training staff, along with total P&L responsibility. In addition, Jim is the Principal Owner of Shadow Jack Properties LLC. Jim has held multiple leadership roles, including Board Member at the Greater Beloit Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Greater Beloit Chamber Ambassadors, contributing to the growth of one of Wisconsin's strongest chamber volunteer organizations. Previous experience includes positions such as Director of Sales Administration and Development at ETA hand2mind and Executive Vice President at SAFE-T Products, showcasing expertise in sales processes, account management, and strategic planning. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
