Mara Lecocq

Director & Head Of Brand Creative at Fishbowl

Mara Lecocq has a wealth of experience in the creative industry. Mara began their career in 2005 as an Art Director at BETC Euro RSCG in Paris, where they worked on accounts such as Kenzo, Eurostar, Orange, Disney, L'Oréal, Evian, Vichy, Air France, Armani, Lacoste, Peugeot, Disney, Kraft, and INPES. In 2011, they moved to Tribal Worldwide as an Associate Creative Director and Senior Art Director, where they co-led the Tribal DDB creative department for a year and worked on campaigns for McDonald's and Canadian Tire. In 2013, they joined AKQA in New York as a Creative Director and Associate Creative Director, working on projects for Nike, Starbucks, Verizon, and Desigual. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Co-Founder of both Secret Code and Where Are The Boss Ladies. Since 2019, they have been the Director/Head of Brand Creative at Fishbowl, part of Glassdoor and a sister company of Indeed. In this role, they manage creative solutions to deliver Fishbowl's brand promise, oversees branding, social media, creative marketing and community initiatives, and reports into the CEO.

Mara Lecocq obtained their Scientific Baccalaureate from the International School Honoré de Balzac in Paris between 1997 and 2001, majoring in Mathematics. Mara then attended ENSAAMA Olivier-de-Serres in Paris, where they received their Visual Communication BTS between 2001 and 2004, studying Graphic Design, Advertising, Art Direction and Illustration. Finally, Mara obtained their Professional License in Digital Creation and Development from Gobelins in Paris in 2005.
