Community Leader at Fishbowl

Tina Cervera has a long and varied career in the creative industry. Tina began their career in 2007 as Creative Director and Partner at Luxe Design NYC & DC. In 2010, they joined Grey Group as an Associate Creative Director, where they were responsible for the full cycle of agency/client process from strategic development through creative interpretation and client presentation. In 2011, they moved to The Associated Press as Global Creative Director and Head of Branding and Creative Group, where they built the internal creative agency from the ground up, re-branding the company on a global level. In 2012, they joined VaynerMedia as SVP and Executive Creative Director, taking the agency from a community management shop to a leading full-service creative agency. In 2016, they opened their own creative agency, Wit & Measure, focused on strategic consulting, branding, paid media, creative storytelling, and content marketing. In 2017, they joined twelvenote agency as Chief Creative Officer and also joined Lippe Taylor as Chief Creative Officer, tasked with transforming the agency into a digital and creative first shop. In 2020, they joined Fishbowl as a Community Leader and Chief as a Member. Most recently, in 2022, they became an Official Member of Forbes Agency Council.

Tina Cervera attended Pratt Institute, where they earned a BFA in Communications Design, and a MS and BFA in Communications Design and Design Education.
