Chuck started their career in the US Navy as an Aviation Electronics Tech First Class, where they worked as a Flight Deck Trouble shooter for F-14 aircraft and SH-3 Helicopters. Chuck also served as a Certified Instructor and Quality Assurance Inspector during their time in the Navy.

Chuck's most recent role was at Fisher Barton Group, where they served as Director of IT. In this position, they managed the IT team responsible for overseeing the ERP and application stack for corporate IT. Chuck also provided strategic leadership and project management for ERP integration and upgrades.

Chuck Oldenburg has a diverse education history. Chuck attended Waukesha County Technical College from 1995 to 1997, where they studied Calculus, Circuit Design, and C and C++. In 1988 to 1989, they attended Memphis State University, focusing on Biomedical Engineering Tech. Furthermore, in 1981 to 1982, they obtained a Technical degree in Electrical Distribution from Moraine Park Tech.
