Bridgett Brown

Bridgett Brown has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruiting. Bridgett started their career at Lucas Group, where they worked as an Executive Recruiter and later as a Senior Partner, specializing in accounting and finance roles. In 2015, they joined Fisher Investments as a Recruiter and eventually progressed to become the Talent Acquisition Advisor for various teams, including Global Marketing, Content, Corporate Finance, Legal/Compliance, Projects, and Data Governance. Bridgett also served as a Talent Acquisition Manager (Team Leader) and is currently working as the Associate Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Bridgett has extensive experience in leading recruiting strategies, planning, research, resource allocation, and reporting for international offices in Luxembourg, Germany, Ireland, UK, and the US.

Bridgett Brown pursued their education at Washington State University from 2008 to 2011. Bridgett graduated with a major in Communication- ORG., and selected Business Administration, Ethics, and Philosophy as their minors.
