Caitlin Crump is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruiting and management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Fisher Investments since June 2022, Caitlin previously held various leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from June 2017 to June 2022, including VP, Recruiting Manager for JP Morgan Advisors and VP, National High Volume Recruiting Manager. Caitlin also worked at Bank of America from July 2011 to June 2017 as AVP, Financial Center Manager II, and held an assistant branch management position at Sovereign Bank from June 2004 to July 2011. Caitlin holds an MBA from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Business from the University of Rhode Island.
