Matt Mattner

Matthew Mattner is the Chief Operating Officer for Fisher-Titus. He is responsible for Facilities & Real Estate; Business Development; Patient Support Services including Nutrition, Environmental, and Safety and supply chain services; Ambulatory Operations including Primary and Specialty Care practices; and the ambulance company North Central EMS.

Matt has over 30 years of extensive leadership experiences in both the military and private sector, most of them leading health care operations. Prior to joining Fisher-Titus in 2019, Matt served as Chief Operating Officer at Cleveland Clinic Lutheran Hospital. He also served as Chief Executive Officer/Commander of the US Army, Fort Drum Medical Department Activity, New York.

During his 27-year Army career, Matt served as Deputy Chief Operating Officer/Deputy Chief of Staff at the US Army V Corps Headquarters in Wiesbaden, Germany; Deputy Chief Operating Officer for NATO ISAF Joint Command Headquarters in Kabul, Afghanistan; and Executive Director of Medical Operations, US Army Europe in Heidelberg, Germany. Matt spent more than 14 years overseas in various command and staff positions and flew UH-60 Blackhawk air ambulance helicopters in Europe and South Korea, including commanding an air ambulance company along the DMZ between North and South Korea.

Matt earned his Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater before going on to earn his Master of Science in Aviation Safety from the University of Central Missouri. He grew up in a dairy farming community in central Wisconsin.
