Wes Kieler

Wes Kieler is a seasoned packaging engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as Lead Packaging Engineer at Fiskars Group since July 2015. In this role, Wes designs and develops various packaging solutions for products, collaborating with both internal and external design resources. Prior to this, Wes worked at Rayovac from June 2008 to July 2015, starting as an Associate Packaging Engineer and progressing to a Packaging Engineer, where responsibilities included cost reduction initiatives, managing packaging projects, and developing partnerships with vendors. Wes holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, earned in 2009.
