Shyam Sundar

Shyam Sundar is a seasoned expert in electrical engineering and architecture, currently serving as Vice President of EE & Architecture at Fisker since January 2022, where Shyam leads the development of the innovative Fisker BLADE software-defined architecture. Prior roles at Fisker include Associate Vice President and Sr. Director, focusing on next-generation EE and software architectures. Before Fisker, Shyam was Sr. Director of Technology Product & Strategic Partnerships and Sr. Director of IAI Product Management & Business Development at Faraday Future, driving strategic partnerships and product initiatives in autonomous and connected vehicle technologies. Shyam also held significant positions at NVIDIA, Qualcomm, and Merlin Mobility, contributing to early-stage autonomous driving solutions and managing major software projects. Shyam holds an Executive MBA from UCLA Anderson, an MS in Computer Science from Wayne State University, and a BE in Computer Science & Engineering from PSG College of Technology.
