Royce S. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Royce currently works at FISPAN as a Business Enablement Lead, where they lead initiatives related to capital efficiency, process scalability, and revenue operations. Prior to this, they held the role of Principal Solutions Consultant at FISPAN.

Before joining FISPAN, Royce worked at PayPal as a Solutions Architect and Sales Engineer.

Royce also has a long history with HSBC Commercial Banking, where they held various roles such as Innovation Engineer, Technical Product Manager, Implementation Manager, and Release Management Specialist. Royce was responsible for innovation initiatives, product management, global software releases, and re-engineering processes and tools.

In addition to their corporate experience, Royce has entrepreneurial ventures. Royce founded and directed Akari Creative Inc and Akari Productions, and also founded Sosho Life.

Throughout their career, Royce has demonstrated skills in areas such as sales enablement, strategic leadership, solutions consulting, business transformation, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making. Royce is experienced in treasury services, business process optimization, IT management, and automation. Additionally, Royce has expertise in innovation, mentoring, training, agile methodologies, and cloud platforms like Google Cloud.

Royce S. has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management of Technology from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Web/Multimedia Management and Webmaster from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Royce also holds a Bachelor's degree in Interactive Arts and Technology from Simon Fraser University.

In addition to their formal education, Royce S. has obtained several certifications. Royce earned a certification in Digital Transformation Leadership from Digital Innovation and Leadership (DIAL) in December 2022. Royce also holds certifications as a Professional Cloud Architect and a Professional Data Engineer from Google Cloud (NJ), obtained in September 2019 and August 2019 respectively.
