Savita Savita has extensive experience in technical support roles. Savita began their career as a Technical Support Specialist at TTEC in April 2021, where they provided technical assistance to customers. After working there for five months, they joined Concentrix as a Technical Support Advisor-I in October 2021. In this role, they handled ticket escalations, completed root cause tickets, and communicated updates to clients. Savita later transitioned to the role of Technical Advisor-II, where they continued to provide technical support and recommend infrastructure improvements. Savita's most recent position is as a Technical Support Analyst at FISPAN, starting in September 2022.
