Chad Kohalyk

Chad Kohalyk has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Chad is currently the Head of Operations at Fission, where they work on the operational challenges of a fully distributed applied research organization. In their role, they define the company's vision, values, and develops corporate growth strategies. Prior to this, Chad served as the Operations Lead at Fission.

Before joining Fission, Chad worked as a self-employed Operations Consultant. In this role, they provided consulting services to clients on various operational matters.

Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from The University of British Columbia from 1998 to 2001. In 2004, they pursued studies in Georgian Language and Culture at Malmö University. Additionally, they participated in an International Relations program at Ritsumeikan University from 1999 to 2000. In 2019, Chad Kohalyk obtained a certification in Leading Organisations in Disruptive Times from INSEAD Executive Education.
