Lindsey Pollaczek has extensive work experience in the field of healthcare and program management. Lindsey currently holds the position of Chief Program Officer at Fistula Foundation, a role they assumed in July 2022. Before this, Lindsey served as the Vice President of Programs at Fistula Foundation from February 2018 to May 2023. Lindsey was responsible for setting up Foundation offices in Kenya and Zambia and implementing initiatives for improving women's access to reconstructive surgery and healthcare capacity. Lindsey's tenure at Fistula Foundation began as a Program Director in February 2014 and lasted until June 2018, during which they established and maintained partnerships with various healthcare organizations and mentored national staff.

Prior to joining Fistula Foundation, Lindsey worked as a Senior Program Manager at Direct Relief, starting in an unspecified year and continuing until February 2015. In this role, they focused on maternal and child health initiatives in Sub-Saharan Africa, aiming to enhance access to essential healthcare services for women and children.

In addition to their degrees, they also hold a certification as a Senior Fellow from the Atlantic Fellows for Health Equity, which they obtained in January 2019.
