Ardini R. has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Ardini started their career as an Assistant Manager at Kookmin Bank in 2007 and worked there until 2015. Ardini then joined PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. as an AVP (Team Leader) for International Financial Institutions from 2015 to 2018. Ardini then moved to Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank as a Relationship Manager (Financial Institutions) at their Singapore Representative Office from 2018 to 2020. Ardini later worked at RISE by DigitalBCG Academy as an L&D Project Analyst from 2021 to 2021. Most recently, Ardini joined PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk. as the Head of Financial Institutions from December 2021 to February 2022. Ardini is currently working as the Director of Global Revenue Management at Fitch Ratings, starting in February 2022.

Ardini R. completed their education at the National University of Singapore in 2021, earning a Professional Certificate in International Financial Technology (FinTech). Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in International Commerce and Economics from Silla University in 2006. Ardini'sundergraduate studies were completed at the University of Indonesia, where they received a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science in 2005. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in professional skills and communication from institutions such as Fitch Learning and Skillsoft in 2023.
