Kim Lilley

Head Of Research And Development at FitFlop

Kim Lilley has a considerable amount of experience in research and development. Kim started their career at The University of Exeter in 2003 as a Lecturer and remained there until 2012. After that, they worked at Therapeutics Sports Injuries Clinic as a Biomechanist and Project Manager from 2010 to 2012. Following that, they joined FitFlop, where they held various positions including Research and Development Coordinator from 2012 to 2015, Research and Development Manager from 2015 to 2019, and currently serves as the Head of Research and Development since 2019. In their current role, they focus on innovative ideas to promote growth for the company and oversees the launch of new innovations across multiple departments.

Kim Lilley completed a Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Sport and Health Sciences from The University of Exeter from 2003 to 2006. Kim then pursued a Master's Degree (MSc) in Sport and Health Sciences from the same university from 2007 to 2008. Kim further continued their education at The University of Exeter and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biomechanics from 2009 to 2012.
