Macarena Oyague

Macarena Oyague has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and education. Macarena started their career as a Teaching Assistant at UTEC - Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología, where they assisted in teaching various subjects such as Sciences, Innovation and Development of Products, Analysis and Design of Algorithms, and Programming. Macarena also worked as a Luteacher at Luteach, where they conducted individual and group classes on object-oriented programming in C++. At Creacode, they served as a Coach, teaching computational thinking with Scratch to kids and Algorithms and Data Structures to young women. Additionally, they interned at Creacode and served as a StartUp Incubada at UTEC Ventures. At Culqi, they worked as a Software Developer, and at BloopBlip, they co-founded the company with a focus on software development. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer at Fitia (YC S21). Macarena Oyague's work experience showcases their expertise in programming, teaching, and entrepreneurial ventures.

Macarena Oyague is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at UTEC - Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología, with an expected completion year of 2023. In addition, they have obtained the certification of IBM Data Science Practitioner from IBM in January 2022 and the Toefl ITP certification from ETS in September 2021.
