Prior to RezStream, Ben worked at ITR as a Developer from June 2009 to April 2010. There, they participated in the development of a server-side cross-platform web-based content delivery service and helped deliver a desktop application framework driven by metadata.

Before ITR, they worked at Allianz Life from September 2005 to February 2009 as a Senior Capability Architect. Ben focused on implementing a Service Oriented Architecture and played a key role in the roll-out of the enterprise-wide architecture.

Ben also has experience as a Program Architect at Best Buy from June 2000 to June 2004. During this time, they oversaw and owned the system and integration architecture for a multi-million dollar program focused on redesigning and implementing e-commerce systems.

Ben'searly work experience includes being a Consultant at Born Information Services from January 1999 to April 2000 and a Student Analyst at Northern Michigan University from September 1996 to December 1999.

Ben Hyrman attended Northern Michigan University from 1994 to 1998. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Systems.
