Eric DJ De Jager

Eric DJ De Jager has over 35 years of work experience. Eric DJ began their career in 1981 with the U.S. Coast Guard, where they held the roles of Chief Petty Officer Academy Instructor and Senior Chief Petty Officer. In 2008, they joined L-3 Communications as a Senior Navigation Instructor. In 2011, they were hired by Lockheed Martin as a Project Management & Planning Operations Supervisor, Instructional Systems Instructor, and Technical Navigation Instructor. In 2016, they joined Leidos as a Project Management and Planning Operations Supervisor. Finally, in 2017, they joined FITT Scientific, LLC as a Team Lead/Senior Instructor, where they provide support to the contract instructor workforce and teaches the Coast Guard Instructor Development Course and Course Developer Course, as well as develops curriculum using the ADDIE model.

Eric DJ De Jager obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Colorado State University Global in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained an AA in Business Administration from University of Phoenix in 2004, and attended Nichols College from 2002 to 2003, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Eric DJ also holds a Master Training Specialist certification from the U.S. Coast Guard.
