Ben Kasema Mungai

Ben Kasema Mungai is an experienced technology leader specializing in infrastructure security, enterprise mobility, and cloud solutions. Currently serving as the Head of Technology at FITTS since September 2019, Ben drives strategic technical initiatives and fosters team excellence to deliver effective business solutions. Previous roles include Senior Lead Systems Engineer focusing on enterprise mobility and infrastructure security, and Systems Engineer at Dimension Data, where expertise encompassed Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and enterprise backup solutions. Early career experience includes technical presales and systems support positions at Crescent Tech and Message Labs Africa, along with internships that provided foundational IT skills. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Eldoret and a certificate in Web Development and Programming from DIMA College.
