Ady Rugina

Ady Rugina has extensive work experience in product management roles. Starting in 2022, Ady worked at FitXR as a Product Director and previously as a Principal Product Manager. Prior to that, Ady was a Product Lead at Just Eat Takeaway.com from 2020 to 2022. Ady also worked as a Product Manager at Rightly in 2020. From 2019 to 2020, Ady served as a Senior Product Manager at Elsewhen, managing the SCRUM / DevOps frontend and API integration development team. Ady also delivered the discovery and design phase for Zego's telematics insurance product. Before that, Ady was a Senior Product Manager at Paymentsense from 2018 to 2019, overseeing product strategy, roadmap, testing, validation, launch, and support. Ady worked as a Senior Product Manager at Elsewhen from 2017 to 2018, shaping digital transformation programs for clients like BUPA and Inmarsat. Ady also turned around a struggling project and introduced Agile methodologies. Ady briefly worked as an Innovation Product Manager at eBay in 2017, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for a new Marketplace Platform. As a freelancer, Ady provided product management consultancy services from 2016 to 2017. Ady served as a Senior Product Manager at MarketFinance from 2015 to 2016, managing complex financial products and optimizing the UX and sales process. Lastly, Ady worked at Orange from 2005 to 2015, first as a Product Management Consultant overseeing the delivery of responsive web apps and frameworks, and later as a Senior Product Manager leading various digital transformation and change projects.

Ady Rugina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Commerce from the Academia de Studii Economice din București. Additionally, Ady has obtained several certifications including Generative Coaching Practitioner from the International Association for Generative Change in May 2019, Insights for Innovation from IDEO U in June 2016, Licensed NLP Practitioner from the Society of NLP, USA in May 2010, and Licensed Business NLP Practitioner from the Society of NLP, USA in October 2009.
