Katherine Tsai has a diverse work experience in the field of research and clinical training. Katherine started their career at the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior at UCLA as a Psychology Intern in June 2011. Katherine then joined UCLA as a Post-Doctoral Scholar in August 2012, where they worked until June 2015. In July 2015, they became the Director of Clinical Training at Five Acres--The Boy's and Girl's Aid Society of Los Angeles, a position they held until September 2016. Simultaneously, Katherine worked as an Associate Trainer and Consultant at PracticeWise from September 2013 to July 2015. Katherine later transitioned to become a Consultant at PracticeWise from August 2015 to January 2020.
Katherine Tsai has a diverse educational background. Katherine pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology at the University of California, Berkeley. Katherine'sinterest in the field continued, leading their to join the SDSU/UCSD Joint Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology from 2006 to 2012. During this time, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology. Additionally, Katherine expanded their knowledge by completing a Masters in Public Health with a focus on Epidemiology at San Diego State University from 2009 to 2011.
