Kiristen Jefferson

Kiristen Jefferson, MBA, SPHR, SCP, currently serves as the Director of IT Product Management for HCM Solutions at Five Below, starting in August 2022. With extensive experience in human resources management and technology, Kiristen has held various significant roles, including Senior Manager for Digital/IT HR Solutions at Ameren, where responsibilities included overseeing a $30+ million digital transformation and managing enterprise HR applications. Additionally, Kiristen has been an Adjunct Instructor at Southern New Hampshire University and Fontbonne University, teaching courses in Human Resources Management and Strategy. Previous positions include HRIS Manager at Scottrade and Human Resources Manager at Air Evac Lifeteam and Coventry Health Care. Kiristen holds an MBA from Webster University and a BA in Industrial Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
