Sarah Crealy has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sarah also worked at Hatch as the Learning and Development, Marketing and Communications, and Knowledge Management Lead, overseeing the development and execution of marketing, communication, staff development, and knowledge retention plans.
Sarah's earlier work experience includes roles at Parsons Brinckerhoff, where they served as a Knowledge Management Consultant, HR Advisor, and QLD Facilities and Administration Manager, and at WorkPac as the National Quality System Manager & HR Support. Sarah began their career at Job Placement Ltd as the Quality Assurance & Administration Manager.

Sarah Crealy began their education in 2001 at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT), where they pursued a degree in Business with a focus on Management and Human Resources. Sarah completed their studies at QUT in 2009. In 2013, Sarah enrolled at the University of New England (AU) for a Graduate Diploma in Psychology. It is unclear when they completed or if they are currently pursuing this degree. In addition to their formal education, Sarah obtained certification in People Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania through Coursera in March 2021.
