Febin Paul Joy

Febin Paul Joy has a diverse work experience that includes roles in quality control and management. Febin Paul started their career at FERTILISERS AND CHEMICALS TRAVANCORE LIMITED as a Student Intern, where they gained practical exposure to technical implementation. Febin Paul then completed an internship at Wonderla Holidays Ltd., working in the Mechanical Department and familiarizing himself with various systems and processes. Febin also worked at Lister Medica Healthcare as a Quality Lead Associate, overseeing a team of 25 employees and implementing strategies to improve production and quality. Currently, they are employed at Five Guys Enterprises as a Quality Control Lead, ensuring the store meets food safety requirements and effectively managing the crew. Throughout their career, Febin has demonstrated strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting objectives and deadlines.

Febin Paul Joy completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology from 2016 to 2020. Febin Paul then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Windsor from 2021 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in Autodesk CAD/CAM/CAE for Mechanical Engineering Specialization from Coursera in 2021, Engineering Project Management Specialization from Coursera in 2020, and Introduction to Additive Manufacturing from ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers) in 2017.
