Jeremy Young

Jeremy Young is an experienced area manager at Five Guys Enterprises, overseeing 30 stores and 650 team members across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Iowa since 2008. In this role, Jeremy is responsible for the development and onboarding of new district managers. Prior to this, Jeremy served as a district manager for an 8-store district in Illinois and Wisconsin and trained new general managers in Northern Illinois and parts of Wisconsin. Before joining Five Guys, Jeremy held various positions at Rosati's Pizza, including franchisee liaison, district manager, and training manager, leading training initiatives in the Texas and Arizona markets and developing training handbooks. Jeremy holds a degree in Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University and attended Northern Illinois University from 1998 to 2001.
