Suranga Prasad

Suranga Prasad is a seasoned baking professional currently serving as the Head Baker at Mount Lavinia Hotel since December 2023. Prior to this role, Suranga worked at Velassaru Maldives as a Baker starting in March 2021. From December 2011 to December 2020, Suranga held the position of D.C.D.P at PER AQUUM Hotels & Resorts. Additionally, Suranga gained foundational experience as a Commis at Kihadhuffaru Resort from February 2010 to December 2011.
