Michael Bullers

Michael Bullers has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Michael is currently the Corporate Director of Food & Beverage at Five Iron Golf, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they founded their own business called The Modernist Mixologist in March 2023.

From March 2022 to March 2023, Michael was the Director Of Food And Beverage at Salt Hotels. Before that, they served as the Director Of Operations at Simply Gourmet Events from May 2021 to March 2022.

Michael's earlier roles include being the Director of Purchasing at The Yale Club of New York City from December 2014 to October 2020. Michael also worked at Doral Arrowwood, where they held the positions of Director of Purchasing from September 2011 to December 2014 and Food and Beverage Manager from June 2008 to September 2011.
