Gary Nagler started their career in 1985 with Hilton Hotel Corporation as the Director of Food and Beverage / Executive Chef, where they worked until 2001. Gary then joined Interstate Hotels and Resorts and held various roles including Lead Food and Beverage Director, General Manager, and Area General Manager from 2001 to 2007. In 2007, Gary joined Linchris Hotel Corporation as the General Manager and eventually became the Corporate Director of Food and Beverage in 2019.

Gary Nagler obtained an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America, which they attended from 1978 to 1980. Prior to that, they attended Nassau Community College from 1975 to 1978, where they earned another Associates Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration.
