Erica Meyer spent the first 20 years of her career working for multi-billion dollar, for-profit corporations. She has been a top-performing sales professional, a corporate trainer, accountable for nationwide process improvements, and held a variety of leadership positions in HR, training, operations, and project management. She specializes in building operational excellence through continuous improvements and transformational change initiatives. With 15 years of leadership experience, including 5 years in executive roles, her tenure has been focused on building and optimizing operational infrastructures, upgrading or implementing new technology, while inspiring and training the staff. She made the conscious decision to leave her corporate career, started working with multiple non-profits, and found her home with Five Keys in early 2017. Erica has a passion for building high-functioning, collaborative teams that challenge the status quo. Her expertise and ability to lead complex initiatives have enabled the organization to implement a variety of operational improvements, training programs, and strategic initiatives. When Erica is not at work, she’s typically hanging out with her friends and family, hiking mountains, doing yoga, or volunteering with LGBTQ+ organizations.
