Lara Abou-Sakher is the Assistant Director of College & Career Pathways at Five Keys Schools and Programs. Lara has dedicated their career to education and helping others reach their full potential.

Lara began their career as a Quality Assurance Quality Control Coordinator with Learn4Life Network. In this role, they were responsible for key aspects to attract, develop, and retain high quality educators across the country. Lara also assisted with internal quality audits of learning centers using approved quality assurance guidelines and requirements.

In their current role as Assistant Director, Lara is responsible for overseeing the college and career pathway programs at Five Keys Schools and Programs. In this role, they work with students to help them choose a career path and navigate the college admissions process. Lara also develops partnerships with colleges and employers to create opportunities for students after they graduate.

Lara is passionate about education and believes that every student has the potential to succeed if given the right tools and opportunities. Through their work, they strive to provide students with the resources they need to reach their goals.

Lara Abou-Sakher has a Master of Education from Arizona State University in Educational Leadership and Administration, General. Lara also has a Bachelor of Arts from Middle Tennessee State University in Secondary Education and Teaching.

They work with Carolyn Umfress - Intervention Coordinator, Cynthia Scott - Intervention Coordinator, and Vanessa Martinez - Regional Administrative Manager/ Compliance Manager for SoCal Transitions Team. Lara Abou - Sakher reports to Kelley Alley, SoCal Regional Superintendent & VP, Education.
