Helen Mackeson-Smith

Helen Mackeson-Smith has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Helen is currently employed as the Corporate Services Director at Skyzer NZ, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Skyzer NZ from January 2020 to April 2023. Before joining Skyzer NZ, Helen worked as the People Experience Director at Five NZ from November 2019. From September 2013 to January 2020, they held the position of Manager, Human Resources at Fiserv. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President Human Resources at Morgan Stanley Investment Management from April 2008 to April 2013. Earlier in their career, Helen held various HR roles at Schroders, Royal Bank of Scotland Business, Credit Suisse, and ANZ.

Helen Mackeson-Smith began their education at Epsom Girls' Grammar School from 1990 to 1995. Helen then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial/Organisational Psychology at The University of Auckland between 1996 and 1999. Following this, Helen attended Massey University from 2000 to 2001, obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma of Business Administration in Human Resource Management. Helen continued their studies at Massey University and completed a Masters of Management in Human Resource Management from 2001 to 2008.
