Vicky Murdoch

Vicky Murdoch (Thorpe), an Associate Member of the CIPD, currently serves as the People Services Manager at FiveRivers since January 2024. Previously, Vicky held the position of Head of HR Services at Active Learning Group, overseeing human resources for several brands focused on experiential learning for young people. Prior experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Partner for the University Partnerships Programme, as well as various HR roles at Active Learning Group, Merlin Entertainments plc, TRL, The AA, and Eteach, demonstrating extensive expertise in talent acquisition and HR management across multiple sectors. Vicky holds an LLB (Hons) degree in Law from Cardiff University.
